Vistron 37" lcd main board

fix2003:
have one here that i have been unable to fix so it has been left with me
board type HH-LCD.PCB.YD-106
FAULT IS
When standby button is depressed, the blue indicator light at the front panel could be turned on and off but always with a black screen without any picture or sound

there a guy on ebay offering a fix for these fault anyone know what it is ??

its one of them you pay and they tell you
the cure not sure what?,might be firmware corrupted
post pic of  internal view ie psu and mainboard
