Tevion LCD3207

I have a Tevion LCD3207 HD ready TV manufactured 2006, the problem is that the picture is sort of distorted on both sides but only in panoramic mode, 4:3 and full pic sizes are fine.
Does anyone have a clue how to enter service mode, I have tried just about all codes listed on here and a few that aren't but still can't access it  :41:
