Noticed something really bad HELP

Hello i have this le40m86bdx 40 samsung i got given and when i took the main board off i noticed that abit of it was black please have a look at the picture attached can this be fixed or is it a right off hope someone can help the board is a BN41

hiya just had a wee route about I've got a BN41-00700B I salvaged from a BER with a smashed display panel if your willing to cover P&P you can have it to try . I think I'd be checking the PSU and Inverter first just to be on the safe side but thats up to you ! Let me know if you want it

That would be great yes i would be fine with paying for the pandp ill have a check with the inverter and make sure there is nothing burned out on that i know there is nothing on the psu that has burned out thanks again just send me a email with your paypal and i can send you the postage through that if you have it thanks again
