Orion TV32RN10D. Dead Set

Hi
I’ve picked up an Orion Mod No TV32RN10D.
The set is dead no LED
No 125v on F404, no volts across main smoothing cap C405.
5v on D401,
Relay not switching.
Grateful for any help.
Or if anyone has a Circuit diagram.

complete psu's on ebay are pretty inexpensive, there was lots of these went down never really found out why but it was  cheap enough to just replace
