picture loss after 10 mins.

hi guys i have a samsung ps50c96hd plasma the tv works ok but after 5-10 mins after being on the picture goes off and will just have sound.

the picture will sometimes come back on then off again. i have also noticed the picture will come straight on if the set is cold.

anyone have any ideas.
