technika 32lcd209 screen fades to blank with two white lines ( pics now up)

hi all i have removed the screen drive card and the chip highlighted in the picture has some caoting missing would this cause the problem many thanks

sorry jumped to conclusion all boards seem to have this marking grr is there anything specific i should be looking for on this board

striped tv down put all back together still the same but here is a little more info on the problem as the deciceds to fade the bottom third of the screen freezes first then the top 2 thirds freezes before the picture disappears but  if you tap the screen as its freezing the picture jumps to the next still frame then the picture goes sound is perfect any help would be greatfully recieved or is it landfill lol

yet another update lol i have been watching this tv for well over an hour switching off and on every time the screen freezes then fades away but it is actually freezing the picture at exactally 1min 54seconds every time does this mean anything or am i just wishing
