46" Sharp lcd

Hi All, Just got a sharp 46" (lc46-le600e) Stand by led goes off at switch on but set remains dead. Have tried psu panel. Looks like an e-prommy type fault. any ideas? Doug

Lamp error
then after reseting the lamperror
then do a usb upgrade to 1.38

by chance on the 32" models the on/off switch were faulty giving
simlair faults just a thought

Hi Dave, yes I've come across that fault before on the sharp sets.
