pictue comes on for a second and cuts out . sound stays on suspect inverter board but just want to confirm this before buyong one . can anybody help thanks

check the smfuse  and transformers on inverter panel
for being o/c

If you measure the resistance of each inverter transformer you should find one reading very different.
