Techwood 32722hd TV - unwanted red cast over screen

Hi. I just got a Techwood 32722hd TV second-hand and am having a problem with the screen, it seems to have a red cast over it. Here's a photo to show what I mean which includes the settings from the menu screen.

I can't seem to figure out how to normalise the colours. Any help appreciated.
