technika 32lcd209 turns on then off

hi lads so have this tv belong to a friend and turns on for about 10 seconds then off have checked the voltage in a few spots of t-con board and seem to stable dont know if it means much the inverters seem to be in with the panel which is a pain just wondering anyone have any ideas or how hard is it to get in at the invertor all caps checked also seem ok

hi ye i have checked the caps with peak esr meter and all seem well the actually pic comes on for 5-10 seconds then it goes off the power seems to be still there in t-con board its stays as it is when picture goes out so im thinking its not the power supply but would like an opinion on it thaks for replys

do the backights go of? if so check inverter panel,measure transformers or check
for dry joints etc
