Problem with 32inch lcd backlight

HEllo hopefully someone will be able to help me out i have a 32inch lcd tv not sure at the moment of the make but when i turn it on the backlight just flickers like a strobe all the time does anyone know what this may be thanks

i would think bad cap in the power supply

thanks they all look fine when i have taken it appart was not sure if it was something to do with the inverter thanks i will have to get my tester on it and see if any of the caps are bad

ye if you had an esr meter would be handy i often seen caps not bulge and be gone bad from the bottom
