Samsung LE26A457c1D white screen backlight up no pic

Hi guys got this wee samsung in one of those odd buggers samsung made with the tcon on the bottom of the screen connected to the main board by a kinda big ribbon cable. I've done a pre lim check of the T con and nothing obvious, any one had this before ... pointers gratefully accepted thanks
