Hello again.
Tried the factory reset in the service mode to no avail, does anyone have a link to the service manual
or can anyone tell me the eeprom type.

Noticed the headphone symbol on screen when I tried to turn up the volume,and putting a  headphone plug in cures the fault.

Yep,
Take headphone socket out and clean very well,best really to replace common fault
