Samsung LA40R81BD

Hi, has any one seen a problem like this , It's a Samsung LA40R81BD , no DTV, no tv at all, no sound , when I plug in a DVD  it works but no sound ? hook up a PC and works fine with sound , I checked PSU and there were 2 crook caps 2200uf 10v  changed them out and it's still the same ?
any ideas anyone  ?    would anyone have a service manual for this model
any help would be great,

Hello,
This is not a UK model, but it might have the same problem we experience with
LE40R88BD, etc. where the Eeprom gets corrupted because of the Power-Supply capacitors
going faulty. The circuit ref. on this set is IC1803 (24C256BN), and is definately worth a
try.
