hitachi 42pd4200 coloured spots

flashlight:
Coloured spots mostly on darker parts of the screen, no differrence warm or cold. Worn out? I tried adjust VS voltage from 190 to 180 volts the spots were less bur still there. when turning VS lower, picture quality is very poor. any tips would be great, greetings from holland
