Toshiba 32WLT58

Hi,
Had one of these in stuck in standby. replaced Q880, set now comes out of standby but with no picture or sound. Outputs from PSU now OK, but 5V supply from power sub panel is missing. I have found that QE90 is not being turned on as the power_lcd signal is missing.
Suspect a fault on the main panel. Any ideas anyone?
