Use handset buttons,  'Source' 2, 5, 8, 0.
Also try:
'Input' button followed by 2, 5, 8, 0.

Hotel mode:
'Menu' then,  2, 5, 8, 0.

* Select TV mode
* Press LCD Menu on remote
* Press 1147 (Factory menu)
* Go down to '001' (Init TV)
* Press right arrow on remote
* Wait for the installation menu to appear

ON CERTAIN MODELS (MURPHY ETC.) You have to press MENU, after you enter the number 1147, to get to
the service menu, and there can be a short delay before this menu appears.
then, goto 'EEPROM SETTING', and right-click on 'EEPROM RESET' to perform factory reset.
