LG plasma tv model 60ps7000-ZA screen black

hello everyone here i need help my plasma tv LG has a problem i was watching and wanted to change from one VA to another suddenly the screen becomes black i was hearing the sound but no picture i press the botton on the remote TV/RAD now no sound even can someone help with what to do to solve this problem thank.

perhaps the tv isnt the problem, i would read the user guide, you may have some video blanking facility during radio operation
