hi,if it's mounted fan7314 as the inverter's controller,try to solder a wire between pin #1 and gnd;it works if the transformer is safe.

can you point out pin one for me please.

hi,I'm sorry but I haven't a pic of it so look for the mark on ic's body(look for c624  mounted on pin #1);also,I have to point out the error I made,not a jumper but a 1k resistor!sorry
