hi got a fault with a samsung LE37M87BD

images are all inverted this is after replacing the tcon board and the as15-f chip but with a as15-hg chip which is compatable.

any suggestions

CLEAN THE IC
AND CHEK SMALL R SMD AROUND IC   REMOVED
