Panasonic Viera TX-L42D25B 42" LED TV wont power on without original TCON

Hi All

Hope someone can help me resolve this issue with my set.

I have this Panasonic TX-L42D25B which would not poweron withot the original tcon board.

I need to change the screen and the similar screen i found LC420EUN with its tcon would notm work.

I need to by-pass this system check feature and I have attach a service manual for you to look over.

Any help is much apprecxiated. Original screen is LC420EUH
