This set comes on but wont respond to the remote, the channel wont change from side buttons either, the front white LED indicator goes on and off. The customer will pay for a replacement main board but has anyone else had these symptoms?

What chassis is it
the q522 had problems with the IR sensor
check caps on IR panel is short/open just remove and will come back into operation
