LG 50PG3000 sound ok but no picture

I did some tests
VS - 438V
VA - 60V
M5V - 5V

To YSUS and XSUS is going the some voltage.
I have the TV switch on for last 30 min. The heat sinks on xsus starting to get a low heat but the ysus is still cold.

Ysus is still cold. All other boards are heating up.
Somebody has e service manual for it?
Ysus part number: EBR50038901

your vs cannot possibly be that high, recheck please

No it is showing me 438V
Maybe my meter is faulty. Will go today get a new one. I still need a spear.
