42V6 Z-Sus repair ?

Hi folks,

Had another Z-Sus job today with blown top fuse, so thought to check possible repair. Got a couple of pics from famed Russian site mentioned in old threads plus a pic of my duff one showing a sad naked FET.

Found getting hybrid off the board not too bad with 380 degree C iron and soldermop after a dose of leaded solder.

Anyone know what to do next  ?   Thanks in hope - Chris.

PS - Like the cooker idea for background heating - also noted later looking at first picture that all 4 drive Fets look a bit sick but our eastern chum seems to use just two -
