hitachi 26ld6600 fault

Hi folks, maybe some one might be able to help me , i have  a an hitachi 26ld 6600 , the prob is that it comes on and then goes off then comes on and goes off ect,,,,. me suspect the psu area but dont know were in the psu, any help would be grateful. thnx
