LG 52" sorry no model number...sometimes turns on

Hi

I have been offered a LG 52inch tele that has a fault, sorry dont have a model number, but before I buy it was just wondering about a genericish fault.

Sometimes when you turn the tv on it takes ages to come on, or you have to sit there turning it on/off for it to power up, once warm its fine.

Any pointers of what this could  be would be appreciated.

Should have the model number tomorrow if it will help any
