What can i do with flashing tv (power board: 04TA069I)

Hello,
I have TV Schnieder LDT 3205 with power board 04TA069I. After a few minutes TV screen and LED diode begins to flash. Where can be mistake?
I can measure 115V on a radiator in the center of board and 100V on a frame.
I have got no scheme. What could be wrong?

Hi, Look for bulging capacitors on the secondary side.

with regard to that particular fault I haven't had any transistor problems, Check all the caps at the top right hand side of board, Regards, Doug

Just a thought, If the screen lights up initially then the set shuts down resolder connections on supply sockets to inverter - it could also be a faulty inverter.
