Backlight ok but no pic

Ive got a Samsung 32" with no pic but the backlight is on and sound is ok. With this symptom, where generally does the problem lie. I've got correct voltage as marked on Tcon board and I've cleaned the LVDS lead. Tcon fuse is ok.  :c017:

even tho the fuse is ok i would still suspect the tcon although most sammy's have a couple of fuses on the main board around the ldvs socket could be them or the main  video processor.
