grunding 42'' (42v7) .

hi to all.
tv is ded no power led.
 ther 2 p.s one is for the stby voltage ans the second is to power op all the boards.
found main fuse blown and a ic TNY264 IS short and one capi is bulg.
all the 3 was changed and now there is a stby les and a 5v is ok and flat.
by power on(tOuch screen bottons) all volltage are ok in the main p.s ther us a small buzzing in ysus and zsus all volltage in this 2 boards are ok (vscan  y and.....) NO SCREEN NO OSD.
it keeps sounding eeeeeeeeeeppppppppppppp.
probebly from the piezo.
  i also cleen the av board from moister and corosion.
any idea??????.
