JVC 26" LT26C31BJE dead

Can anyone shed some light on my problem,

I have a jvc 26" lcd model LT26C31BJE that is semi dead, no standby light light comes on when plug in, but couple of clicks sounds from the transformers and the fan starts running and that is it?

any ideas, i would be greatful
