mlt070a buzzing transformer

hi

i have a mlt070a psu that had a couple of bulgy cps 10v 1000uf changed both of them and now the tv powers up green light etc but a loud buzzing from the transformer and no picture on screen

can anyone offer any advice on this one please

hi.
check the 1000u\35 and small47u and 100u both in primery for 5v stby.
also check the 2 big cap in primery and check the diode in the pfc  section.

Changed the caps you mentioned and all is ok.
