This Tv is not powering up but the standby light flashes rapidly. The PSU is 17PW26-4. I've done the usual mod incl reg replacement but still the same problem.

Ideas? Anyone?

Update: D893 s/c. Replaced, still the same. Hmmm

Hey Shaun. Yes I've changed all the capacitors you mention plus ic829. I'm not seeing ic831 but I see ic830 near transformer. Could this be the ic you mentioned?

For anyone interested for future reference. There's a 0 ohm smd that feeds the resistor that goes o/c.

Set up and running. :13:

Hey Shaun
On the diagram it shows two 2k2's feeding but this board had just one at R1036. 0 ohm
