Samsung LCD LA32A330J1N distorted picture and sound,, please help

Hi sirs,, this unit has distorted pics and sounds both on tuner mode and other inputs, ive done replacing e-caps on PSU section but nothing changed.... please help me find the probs with my unit... TIA
