BUSH LCD32TV022HD - No signs of life!

Hi All

I have acquired a BUSH LCD32TV022HD which has no standby light. There is no output voltage from any of the pins on the isolated side of the PSU.

Caps C806,C875 and C818 have swelling around the vent, if these caps have failed could this be the problem?  

Can anyone tell me what to check for or should I just swap the caps and hope for the best?

Probably is the caps, either way they will need changed, if there is no 5volts set would appear dead, the caps are likely on the 5v rail
