SAMSUNG 40 inch lcd

Have not seen any posts on this fault,myself am thinking screen us.But you guys might know better.Well this samsung has one line all the way from left to right and another about four inches long.They look as if they have been drawn with a etch a sketch,if that makes sence.or ring any bells.

Almost certainly the screen, try feeding the scart out to another set to prove it.
