Samsung PS50B430P2W board needed

needing a P-Y main sus board LJ92-01601A for this 50" plasma, will try and troubleshoot the board but just putting the feelers out

It does read short across a few of the fets probably need to remove them to isolate the problem? or any pointers welcome, it came to me clicking, 15volt fuse on this board was blown, replaced it clicking stopped but resistor smoked slightly ! refuse remained intact but clicking returned?
