I was given a philips flat screen tv, however it doesnt work. the problem is that there is no display and audio. the standby light goes from red to green when switched on with the remote, and it flickers as i change thru the channels, change volume etc.  I come from an audio engineering background, so any help would be appreciated. ty in advance. bill
