BAIRD CN47BAIRD Power Supply Fault MLT199TL

Hi All,

Baird 47" LCD CN47BAIRD
Faulty MLT199TL power supply.

Has anyone got experience of repairing this board?  Was originally no output voltage, I replaced the pulse width modulator and now all i'm getting is a Low 5v/12v/24v?.

Tv stuck in standby.

Any help would be much appriciated.
