Hitachi 42LDF30U Stuck in stand by

I have a problem with Hitachi 42LDF30U. It is stuck in stand by. When I trey to switch it on the front led flash 1 time and go back to red.
Any idea?

The PSU is : VESTEL 17PW26-3, 141108
and Main AV is: 17MB35-1, V2, 02070B

Not yet met a 17PS26-3  Anything like a 17PS26-1, with some probs resolved in Quuq ?  not seen a 17MB35-1  either - give us piccies - Chris
