Found this in fault database hope it helps.
Flashing led standby light
If 3 leg shottky diode D102 is faulty, replacing usually fixes. If not remove transformer and check primary components. R110 5.1 ohm surface mounted resistor open circuit on one dealt with today. Replaced, now works fine. 10 Nov 2010

REMOVE INVERTOR TRANSFORMERS CLEAN GLUE OFF PINS AND BOARD AND REPLACE.
