hitachi 32LD7200 LCD 'no sync signal'

Hi
My Hitachi LCD showing 'no sync signal' on the screen. I can get the menu ok but no picture & no sound through scart and nothing even with RGB input. All the power supply output seems to be ok. Could that be a Formatter Board or a Video Board fault. Regards
