Hitachi L37V01U

Hi guys

Got a Hitachi L37V01U that's come in with no picture. Back lights are ok.

Changed blown 2.5A smd on T-CON which blew again. So got a replacement P.C.B. which makes a ticking noise with no picture.

Any suggestions?
