Its the black rectangular thing RHS just above that large copper-wound component - can't be more specific as have never met one - Chris

i have 5v at stand by but no led`s.

Ohm Supplies:
The most common fault on these  would be the following symptom:

. 5v stand by, relay click, nothing. You also get a 33v near the connections at the top.

However as you've 0v across the smoothing block, you must have a primary fault, i'd check from the bridge onwards

Hi,
Wonder if the 5v S/by applied to the main board would help engage that relay to turn set on. No Red led points towards a main board prob - Chris
