lg 42" ysus

Hi all, I have a lg 42" with dead short on ysus (fs2 to deck) Is it worth persevering or should I just look for boards? A diagram might help as it's impossible to trace the printed track, Cheers, Doug. P/s Its a 6871qyh036c.
