24v 23inch JVC freeview fault fixes

If you get one of these sets,with just about any freeview problems.no freeview,not finding channels after search,breaking up on freeview. LOOK top left of mainboard to freeview tuner.Just below is a group of about seven caps,problem allways with those caps.Usually they have cooked up so easy to spot.Hope this helps someone.
