morning all ,the tv is dead no red light ,relay not clicking . have changed power supply but still the same, any clues? thanks

I know it'll sound like I'm trying to be funny but fuse in the plug/ mains cable/mechanical on off switch turned off ? ( easy to miss most people only ever go to standby and dont turn it on off so forget its there )
