It varies so much from one set to another.

Sometimes there's a tv/dtv button

Sometimes (samsung a lot) the analogue channels appear in the same list as digital ones.  Often go to freeview channel 1, then press the channel down button and it takes you to the analogue channels

On other sets you have to bring up the AV source menu, and TV and DTV will be listed along with all the AV sources (often not even listed side by side)
