Slow starting LG's...Cant find the post

I am sure I seen a post on this problem but cant find it.

Have got and LG37LC46 that is slow starting takes about 15minutes to show picture.

Any pointers

hiya scooby, make sure the ceratech filters are shorted out, if you need the post ill put it up for you, apart from the caps on the secondary we have had little problem with that range of sets, good luck

Got the tv today and found 4 2200uf x 10v fluffed...would you recommend I still short the ceratech filters to prevent further problems....or is it a case of "If it aint broke fix it till it is" :0)
