Generic question guys- DVD Combi's

Hi guys thanks for the replys all good stuff ! The actual thing I was trying to get at thou is when the customer has rammed a CD in and caused the mechanism to skip cogs so it doesnt shut properly or open properly or it closes but the clamp doesnt come down etc etc etc I've come across lots or non read situations and with a bit of exploration have got to the fault however aligning the mechanisms mechanically still takes me a lot of time and effort
