Generic question guys- DVD Combi's

On these wee 15-22 inch combis with the self loading dvd trays. If the mechanism gets knocked out of alignment it takes me an age of messing about to it all working together . The question is ... is there an easy procedure for re aligning them, I've never heard anyone say there is.... but you never know !!!
